WHAT TO WEAR

Wear clothing that feels soft, loose, and comfortable. You will spend most of your session lying on a massage table, so the goal is to feel as relaxed and unrestricted as possible. Layers are also helpful in case the room temperature changes. Avoid anything too tight or constricting. I also recommend leaving jewelry or accessories at home.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before your Reiki session, we’ll take time for a brief conversation to set intentions and discuss any questions or areas of focus. The session may begin with a short meditation and gentle sound bath to help you settle into a state of calm and presence. During the Reiki ceremony, you’ll be fully clothed and resting comfortably into the table. Energy flows through gentle touch or hovering hands. Afterward, we’ll have a brief discussion to reflect on your experience and any insights or sensations that arose.

Reiki meets each person in their own way. Some notice colors, shapes, or images, while others receive intuitive insights or inspirations. Emotional releases can happen in the moment or later, and many simply experience deep calm, lightness, or a sense of grounding.

My intention is to hold that space for you, so you can explore your own experience without expectation or judgment.

BOUNDARIES

Boundaries and consent are always prioritized in ceremony. I believe in creating a safe and comfortable space where open communication is encouraged. Reiki can be a powerful experience, and emotional or energetic release may naturally arise during a session. Im always happy to pause and integrate before moving forward.

Every participant has the right to express their limits at any time, and those boundaries will always be honored without question. My touch is never invasive (erogenous zones only), but I recognize that even gentle contact can bring up sensations or memories for some. If you need a moment to pause, step back, or simply breathe, that request will always be honored

INCALL ONLY

My Incall is a clean, comfortable residence designed to offer a relaxing experience in Glendale,CA. I am not offering outcalls at this moment.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please be aware that my space is located on the second floor and does not have an elevator. If stairs pose a challenge, please reach out so we can explore solutions to make your visit as comfortable as possible.

CANCELLATIONS

I’m happy to accommodate and reschedule our meeting, if I receive a cancellation notice within at least 24 hours. If cancellations or rescheduling occur repeatedly, I may need to pause or discontinue future bookings to maintain a consistent and supportive schedule for all clients. Additionally, clients who do not show up for their ceremony without any notice will be unable to book for future sessions.
